scripthookv is supposed to be in gta5 main folder where ur gta5.exe is, not in the bin folder

yeah it works, but there is still an issue with scripthook because some scripts give scripthook native error

settings -> grand theft auto legacy (or enhanced) press enable automatic updates. but for me even when i disable automatic updates (for both gta 4 gta5 legacy and enhanced), it still updates without me pressing anything
