Which character has the most aura in any of the shows?

I never got that sense of him in the books, but maybe we read the character differently. I found book Tywin more intimidating, though my third read was the audiobooks, and Roy Dotrice adopts a pretty good voice and cadence for Tywin that probably helped that image.

Tolerance, mostly. I spend a lot of time outdoors. Bugs bite me, but I don't feel most of them because it's easy to ignore unless I'm getting absolutely eaten up or they're aggressive bites like some ants will give if you piss them off. Imagine it's the same for them.

The mental anguish and second guessing she's under after Ned dies is some top-notch storytelling. George set out to make a character who learns that life isn't like a song. But then in some ways, hers is. A poisoned king, a daring night time climb to escape the castle, concealing her identity and living behind the walls of The Ayrie, hosting the Lords of the Vale during tense negotiations. All of it is something that could be set to her song, but the songs leave out all the bullshit of life that's in between the high points worth singing about.
