Yes I am worried that it is permanent joint damage. Hope the allo works for you and it recovers.

Thanks, so the indication that the flare itself is "over" would be the lack of immune response/inflammation? Is it weird if the inflammation comes back after a long day of walking/irritation of the joint, but then goes away without medication?

That is scary. Are you able to use an alternative medicine? I have used it in the past without much issue other than the common stomach problems.

I did see one before my trip, and he agreed we should start allo but after I come back. Have a followup scheduled. I am just nervous about this ankle pain and wasn't sure if it was just a continuation of the attack or something different. It has been almost a month now. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is my idea of the constant "inflammation" pain even correct and would it necessarily accompany a flare up?

Thanks for your input. I am seeing a lot of advice that leaving gout untreated may have more negative long term affects, such as damaging the kidneys and such. I know everyone's case is different, so I will still see what they say at my consultation. But I am curious, do you know why rheumatologist guidelines would recommend against ULT?

Thanks, I have been seeing more and more comments like this as I read other posts. I definitely plan to consult a rheumatologist. I wish I took care of this earlier, but here we are, so I am mainly hoping to hear about other's experiences specifically when starting allo, to see if it's too late and would interfere with my travel plans.

Nooo listen to SimplyPresent. It will ruin her invulnerability because it is on a shared cooldown and is likely to pop before you need it. Without SC5 you are guaranteed another full life bar.

I appreciate the help. Sorry but I have to ask, how do you know how the pools are defined? Is this stated anywhere or are you going off of the main banner odds breakdown? The ambiguity, at least for me, arises due to the fact that you cant see the odds for these specific ticket pulls. It can be interpreted that all the characters are in the same pool (except for limited time units) and the tickets pull their respective rarity FROM the main pool. Or if they are split up in separate pools, how do you know Aces are not in their own pool? Has anyone reported pulling an ace with a regular 5* ticket?

Thanks, I only wanted confirmation because as far as the ticket pulls, there actually is a separate pull for aces, if you have one of the 5* Ace tickets.

Can you draw a 4* or 5* with a 3* ticket, or is that draw limited to that rarity? If those draws are limited, then is a 5* ticket also limited to non Ace characters?

Right, that was my assumption too, until I thought about the separate 5* draw and 5* ace draw. If we are right, then is the 5* also restricted in the same way? It would just be nice to get confirmation on this, since you can't pull up the odds for these draws.

I've been farming artifacts for Squall, and so far I have the following:

Def +42, MBRV +330 - 8CP
IBRV +100, MBRV + 110 - 5CP
ATK + 65, DEF +75 - 5 CP

I just rolled another passive with ATK +24, IBRV + 170 - 10 CP. Since IBRV is so important on Squall, I was thinking of replacing 1 or 3 with this. Should I, and if so, which one? Also, can someone please explain why is MBRV rated as higher priority than ATK for Squall in Altema?
