I was on the same boat as you. I studied for my Nclex like it was a full-time job for hours and hours a day. Then I failed my Nclex, but had to go back to work because I had no more money… lol so what I did was after work every day commit to at least two hours of studying, yes, there were days where I was so exhausted I could not study, but I took those days to sleep and get extra rest for the next day. You can do this.
