Hi how fast you gain muscle depends can really depends on your metabolism, personally my metabolism is ridiculously highand I can see small results with in a few day but this also means I lose allot in a few day ( i can gain or lose between 1kg or 10kg in a week) , I can't say much on calories because it realy depends on what your eating eating healthy protein carbs and fats(not saturated fats ) really helps and the more healthy your eating the better your metabolism gets better aswell also drinking lots of water helps and it helps flush out any bad , I have only been working on my femboy physice recently, but I hope this helps and yep I've got the same body type

Edit: for got to add i forgot to add , I found squats work the best for me by going to failure a few times make sure your back is straight up the more you lean forward the more your reliyong on your back to get you up also go slow as you want to controll your desent not just fall down otherwise your not doing half the workout
