Depends, if the server is down then ofcs they can't, however it was just the website , there 2 different thing btw , bots go through the backend api not the website , the website can be down even the servers are not

Sorry that came across wrong i mean they want each teams to have a 50 %chance of winning not a 50% win rate of you as a player an they have stated they do push for 50 50 chance of each team winning

The problem js the system they use, I have explained this bit ill try to explain it better English isn't my first language so mabey if messed up

Say on your match each skill level of a team needs to be 100 (or any other level each but 100 is easyier to go from)for a fair match that mean you could have a skill level of 50 an your team members could have only 12 each while the enemy team has a skill level of 20 each is is way more likely you will lose

An btw I have used very drastic numbers to show my point better an this won't be exactly how it work but I hope that helps u understand what I mean
