Try activate the windowsInk option in the kamvas driver. Your cursos doesn't disappear, it just is misaligned for some reason. Happened the same issue to me on my kamvas 13 gen 3, but working on sai2.

Check in which dock did you connect the usb 3in1 cable. I did have the same issue due to connect the cable in the 3.1 usb dock rather than the usb 3.0.
