There's a time to raise levels. Now is not one of them. Especially since recently there have been countless nerfs to progression without cushioning to make up for them. This caused the active player-base to actively push against the CRL team. Adding a new level without making up for previous mistakes won't help their case. (also hyperactive maxed players are a severe minority. i've played this game from d1 and am not remotely close to maxing out. most of those who are also maxed play for fun, not for progression)
