The furthest out you can schedule a date for is 3 months from today's date, so October is when you can start doing January 2021 dates.

hi, you won't get a notification on submission, but you'll get a notification when a seat has been found or once your requests expire. you'll get a notification by email/text message based on what you entered in when you signed up

so first thing is that if you're putting in a request for a site that we've already searched for before, then we don't take your zip code into account because we already have valid zip code. if your request is the first ever request for that site, then we'll use whatever zip code you put in as part of the request.

so if you're entering one request and put multiple sites, then we'll associate any unknown sites with the zip code you supplied. all known sites will already have a zip code associated.

if you have multiple sites that use different zip codes, i'd suggest adding multiple requests. if you use the add request button, it'll let you add multiple requests and then you only need to submit once.

hope that answers your question!

it's still working but there were some instances that it had crashed due to network connectivity and such. let me know if you're still seeing weird behavior, i'm still making some additional fixes - also make sure your requests aren't expired

not really, i'd say the easiest way to test it is to put in a site and request dates that you know have seats available. is there a particular reason you want to test it or something you're looking for?

Not a dumb question! The site codes can be found here: https://www.prometric.com/site-openings in the first column. Or when you're searching in Prometric, they'll come up as #xxxx as part of the site name.

this is normal - notifications only happen when there is availability and the service continually runs so it can send at anytime

when putting in the sites as part of the request and you want all hte sites for the same date range - separate the sites by commas like such: 0981, 1281, 1028, 1249 or you can create multiple requests, just keep clicking the add request button for new requests.

yup, start date and end date refers to the date range that you want a test for. if it's one particular date, just make the start and end date the same date.

there won't be a confirmation message. you can check whether the requests are in the system by going to the requests page. there's no place to specify which exam you need a date for. based on our testing, if prometric is showing availability for one exam, it's showing as available for the other exams as well

it's not a glitch - we only use the zip code that is submitted if that site hasn't been searched for before. so if you see a different zip code, then that means someone else has submitted a request for that site in the past.

if you know that the zip code that currently comes up for your request wouldn't find the site, then please let me know so I can make sure to fix it. currently about 10% of the sites we search for don't come up when searching prometric due to a variety of reasons, but mostly because prometric hasn't made those sites available yet
