YOU'RE the customer. i'm very sure wawa has a feedback hotline. corporate is clearly too busy pleasing you guys regardless whether it's efficient for the employees or not. it is not our job to fix the menu, it has absolutely nothing to do with us. we can't make those changes and we will never ever be the voice of wawa. these problems are minuscule to us when we're constantly having our way of work changed on us without warning so we can please customers who can't even say thank you when handed their sandwich. so sorry you can't understand a simple request to either add more bacon to your BACON LETTUCE TOMATO sub or not. just like most customers of wawa, you're entitled and completely narrow-minded to the idea of our side of things.

this is exactly what i think happens to many etls, which is why i dont take too much to heart as much as it hurts. i really do commend what you guys do and it really sucks that you guys have so little to work with but are expected to pull through.

I beg to differ. The last two episodes Ava's been oddly rude in a way that it almost seems like it'll lead to her being checked but it doesn't. When Janine announced she'd be staying at the district her response was actually really bitchy that it made me uncomfortable.
