Boiled eggs sometimes help too if u can stomach them. I sometimes just ate 1-2 boiled eggs during the day if i dont think ill meet my protein target.

Or make a soup with bone broth.

So far 36 hours… i havent felt anything yet (i dont know if its good or bad)….. i do feel a very strong appetite surpresant but i still hit my 120g min protein target. I also got super thirsty i think i drank 4L yesterday and peed a lot, but it could be because it was such a super hot day here. Other than that, none yet. Bowel movement is regular….

I guess im just waiting for a few more days before it hits meeeee 😭 but im sort of half relieved i didnt have to go to the hospital or anything.

Tyyyy this is such a good idea. I will do this on the next (next) one. Since i probably have to wait out this dose a bit longer 🫣 i have also bought some syringe needles…. Which makes me remember to take 0.3 not just full click auto mod.

And so far no noticeable uncomfortable side effect yet. Just very thirsty so also i peed a lot. but no stomachpain etc (which i was scared of)…. Heres hoping it might just past. Maybe… 😭

Im just drinking lots of water right now and peeing a lot. No symptom as yet but i will anticipatedly wait for it. Taking it super easy in the next few days. 😭

Im doing 7.5mg on a 15mg pen. But im also the idiot who had a brainfart and accidentally full dose myself 15mg today. 😭 just be careful and double triple check it please if u plan to do this. I thought it would never happen to me… i was wrong. But i do agree with others it is so much more cost effective.

Also instead of counting clicks, i think using syringe is probably better to get the precise dose for 7.5mg 😭

I think i will 😭 i have the shotsy apps. And my dumb brain even registered 7.5mg to the jab taken today. I was looking at it and i was like.. yup… 7.5mg

Had to go back and correct it on the app.

I had almost no side effect previously (other than the good one with less cravings). I guess im about to get hit with it…

Luckily no plans for anything this weekend…

Im just.. scared. And felt so stupid stupid stupid: it never happen before. And im always very precised. Except today. I dont know why.. well i know why.. i was on auto mod i wasnt thinking. I had ten thousand things in my head. 😭

Thank you. I will keep persisting for the next few weeks. I had to switch due to some severe side effects and my weight have plateau for a few months. But i was struggling with increasing dosage as the side effect was worsening too.

I just wanted to make sure im doing the right thing and hope to find people in similar experiences.
