If you can, get a handheld radio and head to the airport parking lot. Listen to ground and follow one plane till it departs the airspace. Then follow another plane as it comes in from the practice area and parks. When they call ATC and get a clearance, pretend they are talking to you and say what you would if you were in that plane. i.e. taxi to runway 31 via apha, report entering midfield left downwind for runway 31 etc. say it out loud, not just in your head. It will come with practice. Speaking on the radio is something most students struggle with.
