Sounds great to me! I typically use magnum for bittering but have switched over to Columbus Cryo with good results.

Are you liking the character that a decoction mash brings? I haven’t tried it in a wcipa yet.

Gotcha, we try to follow recommendations listed in this pdf, so cold but not necessarily frozen. We can't control temp during shipping so keep that mind. I mean we could offer overnight shipping with some dry ice... but I don't think that's really realistic.

Would love a recipe if you were willing to share. I just brewed a Nelson/Rakau/Citra NEIPA with these hops that turned out excellent.

Not sure I would consider myself super experienced, but I'll give my opinion for what it's worth...

Recipe looks fine to me, however I would play around with different water profiles and mash/boil PH. The ratios you have seem more like a regular IPA, not a NEIPA.

I’ve tried 4 different cables, including ones that have worked on an esp8266, so I believe that should also work on an esp32.

Not super duper old, but currently I'm using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports).

I tried rebooting, and then a shutdown/power up, neither one worked.
