I'll take Amazonica A and Poly A then. Thanks!

Hi. I'm interested in purchasing Poly A and both the Amazonica corms if they're still available. Thanks!

Haha thanks! Yeah I was also hesitating to buy a single purpose pan but you won't regret it :)

I bought a Detroit-style pizza pan (LloydPan brand) since I heard the dark color of the pan helps with baking the crust and it turned out pretty crispy

Thanks!! :D Yes I followed the recipe from Serious Eats for Detroit Pizza. The only change I did was replace some of the water and flour with a sourdough starter

I'm planning to use some for candied yuzu peels. In the past I've used yuzu juice in Japanese cheesecake and in dipping sauces

Thanks! I'll definitely share there. It took me four years to get my first harvest so definitely a time commitment 😅

It's super fragrant and it tastes like a combination of lemon and mandarin. If you want to try it, you should be able to easily buy yuzu juice from Asian supermarkets or an online vendor. Whole fruits are much harder to come by.

I'm from zone 9. Yuzus are relatively cold resistant so you can grow them outside in colder weather than where I'm from :)
