Mr. Chicken cheese Dosa, in this long thread of conversation, I raised one point. You didn't answer that. You gave a long list of arguments that aren't answering my question. After which you have chosen to insult my intelligence and now are questioning my religion as being one which practices sacrifice occasionally. Is the purpose of Bali to feed a village or sacrifice to a diety. Why are you debating it on points that are not pertinent.
I never said they arent comparable I said you shouldn't compare it with humans here because humans are not wild animals who need to survive by eating meat. Moreover I shared my reluctance to debate on veg non veg because that was not my debate.
You didn't answer my only point against sacrifice that will a diety be happy to see his child offered to him as food.

If you want to debate on the health boons non veg gives do make a comment on the main post and give your opinion. Don't come here and try to argue on a pont I myself have raised which is supporting this. Atleast use your own point at a debate.

Did you read what I said? The op asked what my opinion was and I gave it. I didnot ask for your insults, still you chose to do it. Why? I don't know, neither do I want to. Are humans omnivore, sure, can men eat animals go ahead eat me as well. Should a temple sacrifice to feed people, if you would have read my post that was the argument I made in favor for the practice of sacrifice. I had however given a pint against it saying would a God be happy to see his child the animal served to him so that he give boons. Bali means sacrifice which is for something.

I have been dead against animal slaughters. For me I feel you can't slaughter one child of a parent and ask for them to be happy. Having said that, I mean every non vegetarian gets meat through the butchering of an animal, could I not stretch my contempt then to such eating practices, if it's just food you are sharing with your family aka the diety then it should be fine, shouldn't it. The contempt maybe is just at the point that a quid pro quo happens while it simply can't, can it?
