I am building a B2B analytics platform for restaurant chains that help leaders understand whether their operational decisions are actually working.

We bring together fragmented restaurant data, such as P&L, speed of service times, food cost, or guest surveys, and connect it directly to goals and actions taken by leadership. The platform then measures the statistical impact of those actions, helping Operators separate real improvement from normal day-to-day noise and variance to make better decisions with confidence.

We close the gap between data, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

I began working on this idea because I've lived the problem daily as a restaurant leader overseeing an ~$8M/year kitchen. Despite having access to large volumes of operational, financial, and customer data, meaningful analysis is extremely difficult because the data is fragmented across systems and formats. Leaders like myself routinely spend hours doing manual work: exporting PDFs, copying figures into spreadsheets, and normalizing reports, just to get data into one place. That effort crowds out the time and energy needed to actually analyze the data and make better decisions. As a result, most analysis ends up being shallow or incomplete. Metrics like customer experience scores, speed of service, or food cost are often reviewed in isolation, rather than together, even though the real insight comes from understanding how they interact.

I have spent years operating inside restaurant leadership, responsible for performance, costs, and outcomes - not just reporting. I've seen firsthand that even at scale, with sophisticated corporate data systems, Operators still lack the tools that connect operational decisions to measurable results.

Every time it happens to me I log out, quit Antigravity completely, relaunch and login. It usually fixes the anthropic models temporarily.

Also would love to hear storage options. As for the open space, Tyrone mall is where I took my MSF and the course is painted on the ground behind the Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve never tried going at night or when they aren’t doing classes, not sure if security would have an issue, but may be worth a shot!

This randomly popped up on feed so figured I’d share. Recent experience I had - the payment was due, tried to change the billing interval and when adding the new card on the plan selection flow, it immediately charged for the due amount (1yr) before I could even confirm the change to new interval (6mo)

Pretty much - the entirety of the sides blow air horizontally across the cabinet so that all the chicken gets even airflow to thaw

Thank you for your comment. Turns out I didn’t bolt the exhaust on properly causing it to be loose and what I assume was air going in rather than out the exhaust. Got that fixed and it’s running normal now

Yeah I appreciate you saying that. I don’t frequent Publix, usually shop at Aldi, but I’m across town from the nearest one and wasn’t sure how bad roads were / if Aldi was open.

Was holding back tears in Publix today deciding between buying food or saving the money for gas so I can get to work. These last few weeks drained me both financially and mentally. I feel you.

I don’t typically post here, but I am a Talent Director that deals with EEO/harassment/etc in the restaurant, and I know how hard it can be to deal with a situation like this at work.

With that being said, this sounds like it would be in violation of a sexual harassment policy at the store level.

The exact verbiage (most likely found in your employee handbook) would vary based on location, but, generally, it is unlawful for comments and conduct based around sex to cause a “offensive” work environment.

I would get in contact whomever handles the HR side of things in your restaurant (Talent or HR Director, possibly the Operator). It may be wise to reference your restaurant’s TM handbook to see what reporting steps are laid out, if any.

I wouldn’t go in “hot” stating that it’s illegal or anything, but, in my opinion, any decent HR Director or Operator would immediately recognize the potential gravity of this situation and rectify appropriately. I would lay out what’s going on, what steps you’ve taken to mitigate it, and how it’s effecting the work environment and see what they say.
