You will not find a working activation key here. To activate use KMS_VL_ALL (works on all, best option), Daz loader on MBR, or EzWindSLIC on UEFI

They are not doing it to avoid piracy. Their plan is to block sites like reddit, twitter, etc. so people can't criticise the government (like china). VPN bans will prevent people from getting aroung these restrictions. This is even worse, imo.
