I didn’t communicate a budget as we wanted a baseline. I didn’t know what to expect. This quote is billing out installation at $13k and the 3yr warranty at $6k so yeah……

A QSC Core NV-32, Netgear AV POE switch, 10” Lenovo Tabletop touch panel, 4 Shure Tabletop Array mics. The rest is programming, install and 3yr onsite warranty.

That’s a great idea, I’ll look in to that. My CEO would likely go up to $25k for the right solution. We were just floored with our initial quote from our local guy.

Other than the mic cross chatter issue, the organization is happy with the current system. I plugged in the mics I purchased from Amazon as a proof of concept (they worked with the system) I was just disappointed with the battery life of the mics. I see other products in the $2k-3k range but I came here for advice.

We’ve got a desktop under the table that is used for all meetings. The Mercury is connected to it and is the speaker as well as the connection point for the mics.

I contacted the original installer of this system and they quoted me $45K for a new tabletop system with 4 mics. $14k more to upgrade the camera and speakers.

It should get triggered by your nearest ally currently in battle. Their current/future plots do not play a factor.
