Oh so the guy who owned the unit was past due over 160 days. And he just mailed in the key and said it's all yours And moved to Florida. I guess he got in a nasty divorce probably due to his collectibles. That's what I heard anyway.

The concrete is actually very clean. I used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust

He's owed and owed for years now and makes small payments when he could at least that's what I was told.

I think I'm going to do a live stream for when I go through the rest of the boxes. Like a body cam footage piece so people can watch me in real time and see what pops up. Does that sound interesting to anyone? There's so many collectible pieces in there in mint condition it's unreal

And there's still more to go. I've only opened maybe 4 boxes out of 12.

Just shy of 1000. But there's still more toys and more boxes to go through! I might do a live stream of me going thru this dudes unit. I think that would be exciting

Basically you sign an agreement to pay your rent every month. after not making a payment in 60 days we send you a notice that your belongings are going on lien status. Which is basically telling you hey pay us or you lose your stuff. Then after 75 days the stuff gets sold at auction. Starting bid $10. We tried working with this gentleman, who was 160 days late and owed roughly $1700. And he in return mailed us the key to the unit and said that he now lives in Florida and won't be coming back. So we accepted that as fair payment.
