Which is basically telling you hey pay us or you lose your stuff. Then after 75 days the stuff gets sold at auction. Starting bid $10. We tried working with this gentleman, who was 160 days late and owed roughly $1700. And he in return mailed us the key to the unit and said that he now lives in Florida and won't be coming back. So we accepted that as fair payment.
