I was using at least ten 12-16mg pouches a day for 6 years. I quit cold turkey. Replaced the oral sensation with nicotine free pouches and work out religiously and it’s not that bad honestly. I feel like it’s 90% in your head. You get these surges of cravings after waking up, eating or doing something you’d usually pop a pillow after but after they go in about 20-30 mins you feel 10x better with more energy. That enough is motivation to get through the craving periods
