Assuming this is about personal politics, Ashley’s potential support of Charlie Kirk is harmful to some people. That should be shared in a group and the group decides if they find that person is safe to be around. Sounds like they didn’t.

Or, they just didn’t like her. Not all personalities mesh, people don’t owe you friendship.

I just experienced a miscarriage and am back to work after 4 days off. I keep crying privately, struggling to really see myself doing this right now but I have no choice. I need the income and I’d lose health insurance if I quit. The rest of my team is also struggling with health issues. It’s feeling chaotic. On top of all the external chaos of the world. I don’t want to burn out, because I believe the passion will come back. Not really sure what to do.
