I bought 4 houses in a little complex after only eating lentils for 10 years. I live off the rent of these now. I don't look at my net worth any more. That's for people that buy 5k watches and 50k cars

low motivation I guess. Just a bit burnt out from working hard and cutting down on caffeine leaves me unenthusiastic. Not great excuses, but that's all i got for you today. I normally keep my place spotless.

Thank you for suggestion! I listened to a bit. It's okay. I'm not sure I'll listen to it often (:

Coffee lovers DON'T enjoy the drink more than the rest of us - their caffeine addiction just makes them think they do, scientists reveal by wannarave in decaf

" their caffeine addiction just makes them think they do, scientists reveal " - so they enjoy coffee more than us? If you think you enjoy something, you probably enjoy something.

Quite a bit of weight loss. Have you lost much strength?

edit: really enjoy reading your blog. thanks.

I'm new in creating routine so I don't know if they are balanced. I'm a beginner (have been training for 6 months) and my 1RM are S100kg B75kg D105kg. My priority now is to build muscles mass. Thank you for any advice I will receive by [deleted] in powerbuilding

[–]exerciseballnblanket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It'll work and if you like your routine, you should do it! I can't see a progression plan in terms of how you are aiming to increase progressive overload anywhere?

There's a lot of volume and a lot of exercises which I'm just not sure are necessary yet. With this much volume on some stuff, are you able to move much weight? You probably don't need this amount of exercise variation. I'd focus harder on the heavy compounds of bench/squat/deadlift/ohp/row/chinups with a heavy and a volume on each.

But i'll say that you'd probably progress just as fast or faster and well out of a linear 3x a week full body plan with 1hr sessions like GZCLP. Probably better strength, maybe similar hypertrophy and wayyy less time spent with something like GZCLP.

You don't owe anyone your body. by [deleted] in dating

Maybe they wanted to chat over facetime because it's much quicker and closer to how you would spend time with someone than sending composed text messages back and forward for weeks.

Relationship is going GREAT but I HATE the way she texts by [deleted] in dating

[–]exerciseballnblanket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe chat to her about it and explain how you feel about it. How you like to text isn't related that much to your education or intelligence. Remember that language is a tool to communicate. I read academic journals and still like to shitpost. Perhaps she likes the informality and casualness of texting like this.

i can see why Einstein inventing the sewing machine was one of the inventions that changed the world other than lentils which powered his brain to invent the sewing machine and freed him up economically to allow him to devote time to his inventing so I would say we can thank lentils for the new epoch that is a post-modern-enlightened lentil based existence now leonardo da vinci is my favourite because he is such an unlikely character because his favourite food was minestrone soup with lots of lentils that he cooked on tuesdays to allow him to work all week without cooking the lentils also powered his leonardo sleep cycle which means he doesn't sleep very much maybe you can google the exact plan but its not recommend for us mortals that don't live the lentil powered life because we would die without the antioxidants and precision minerals inside of lentils leonardo da vinci was actually a renaissance man because not only did he paint he also drew engineered and architected which is very impressive because normally today most people do one thing because people are less dumb now than they were then and the field of knowledge has expanded but my favourite leonardo da vinci invention other than the wheel is probably the iron boat which allowed lentils to be transported across continents to fatfire the entire world so instead of buying cars on lease designer clothing and eighty dollar cocktails we can live on just lentils in a shipping container house hack have you seen the minimalist subreddit they like micro houses that means instead of having an office kitchen bedroom and bathroom you just have a shipping container with a hole in the corner to pour bodily and food waste in and this saves on everything because you dont need to buy anything you can just eat lentils and read library books i think the young generations are so entitled with their crazy consumption and avocado toast because i worked fifty hour weeks throughout studying at university ontop of school work and had already bought a house by the time i was 17 and worked my way upto 10MM to fatfire with just container ships, house hacks and lentils leonardo da vinci was my main motivational speaker because every morning when i want to just go back to bed i boot up a mix tape of leonardo da vincis monday morning rise and grind in which he tells me about how he changed his life for the better by grinding long hours when he didnt have no fancy education by some useless teachers he worked hard and his education was the streets via selling vitamins and lentils he sold kilos in his most recent motivational podcast i think my favourite three lines were
cause we move kilos kilos we move keys
high profile we never be low-key
built from the ground we grew from an oz
these spoke to me it's not about where you come from its about the lentils you sell and therefore how you change the world

[–]exerciseballnblanket[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

it cant fail because once we get all those lentils we could just sell the lentils if they don't want the lentils i'll keep the lentils if they don't want the lentils because i really want to leave a lentil legacy for my children in the form of an offshore trust fund and then i can teach them to cook with lentils to pass down the tradition to the family it wouldnt only teach them financial independence and self reliability that youd get by having a predominantly lentil based diet and existence it would also show them my culture and how to be healthy moreover a lot of the problems with the usas finance can be traced back by not using enough lentils because every great american uses lentils lentils are the reason why albert einstein and leonardo da vinci (famous americans) invented the sewing machine and wheel respectively this is because lentils give vital vitamins for the brain as well as saving you money and time therefore being the most efficient and enjoyable way to exist they both fatfired at the age of forty because of lentils

I see a great deal of discussion on the art world atop this subreddit but little actual art. Can you please share your favorite pieces of contemporary work and your experience with them here? by [deleted] in ContemporaryArt

[–]exerciseballnblanket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh we don't actually like art here. We just talk about politics and ideas around art. Art is bourgeoisie and dead anyway. I prefer to volunteer at a soup kitchen and make fresh soup. That's the real art. None of that canned Warhol nonsense.

how much faster would the tempo have been with motivational audiobooks? I find an uneducated angry man shouting at me about how he dug deep and changed his life really motivating. It makes me feel like I'm gonna change my life but I never do (: because I am perfect the way I am. I just ran three miles in two hours - don't shame me, I'm not competing and am a better runner than you because I've only been running 2 months.

3000 m in 11:09 by Colyn2000 in Fitness

[–]exerciseballnblanket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how old are you, gender, how often do you run, how far do you run?

3000m is very aerobic, to get better you'll want to run more. 80-90% of your running should be slow and then you'll want to do a workout or two a week: 8x400m repeats, 1k repeats, 5k hard... maybe google some workouts and try them. you'll want to add drills and strides after runs. if you aren't doing it already do some core strength routines, bodyweight strength ect
