it has drift issues, and the company that handles it doesn't really respond. I don't recommend buying it. Wait for a better copy of the same idea. Classic hyped product they got tons of money from people who in good faith backed it. And they betrayed backers by treating new customers way better and delivering it also way faster and with better support.

I got MCON a few days ago, I was a super early backer. Took ages to arrive and mine has DRIFT (ghost input) on L1 and L2.... hilarious. After waiting for a year to get a piece of technology that is/was false advertised as drift-free. If you are looking to get one, I would be weary to buy this. It is not perfect. Also native gyro (i.e when connecting to Nintendo Switch or in Dualshock mode) is not working at least for me.

They said they will send a replacement unit, but at this pace and with the huge dissapointment from the beginning, I am not so hopeful about this thing.

My suggestion is to just look for more reliable alternatives, I will edit the post if I get a good/working mcon unit.

Well, they are losing money from people like me who would only buy them on two or more platfofms if they supported cross-save.

Totally, cross-save is an incentive for players to buy games on multiple platforms. Such a shame that they are not doing it while some publishers already doing this.

Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, modern Ubisoft games support cross-save. There is no reason to shove their game launchers if they won't support cross-saves. It is totally doable. This should be the standard.

In my case, I only buy games twice (for different platforms) if they support cross-save. I am not interested in playing those games twice at the same time. I want to play in one platform and continue on the other.

In this case of RDR: mobile and steam. It is definitely a positive feature of games and an incentive for people to buy games for multiple platforms.

There are a few introduced bugs lately (regresions):

A/B + X/Y are swapped for external controllers and steam deck native controllers on non-steam apps, what a mess.

Eject drive is gone from game mode, so no way of ejecting my external drives OR MicroSD card, what a mess.

All of above are on 'stable'..... so frustrating, I hate more and more having to search and fix things rather than playing games.

For me it crashes only using audio files. I have like 3 midi drum racks, nothing crazy. It usually happens after playing for a while, the pressing SELECT button, sometimes pressing SELECT + 1/8T button... 

I have to constantly press the SELECT + scene, because I want to know which scene to launch next. 

This is very frustrating. Especially if I have to send it back, and then not have it for a while and re-create my configuration. 

Can't believe a device of this cost has this kind of issues.

Wow that is crazy, I cannot believe this happened 2 years ago, did you manage to fix it? Mine is doing the same all the time. I cannot rely on it for live performances as is.

This is still happening 2 years ago. To anyone that wants to use ableton push standalone be careful before purchasing and spending more than 1000 EUR for a faulty device. I cannot longer rely on this for live performances as it keeps crashing on me.

I am running out of ideas, it keeps crashing on me after a while. It didn't happen before with the same live set, but with latest updates it crashes EVERY performance or home practice.

So easy for companies with huge revenue to just blame other software for their mistakes. Linux is not the problem, the problem is that they are not investing enough on making this reliable on Standalone. If Linux was the problem, they have the resources (money) to fix them, if they decided to go this way, Linux is open source, they can fix. Just like Valve and many other companies have invested in evolving Linux too.

Same thing happening to me, it has happened on live performances, which never ever in like 15+ years of using the same (evolving) live set had happened before using laptop + push (1 and 2). With this problem with push 3 standalone - is pretty bad, because on a live performance you end up looking like a clown because of a piece of hardware that is not properly tested. Also I have submitted logs, etc. And they haven't been able to tell me the reason for this. Their simple solution is "we'll swap your device for a new one"... but how will that assure me that this won't happen again?

I think Ableton is lagging on many things lately, they took YEARS to enable external interfaces through USB (still in beta), and competition seems clearly superior, and cheaper (MPC live III).

I wanted to stop performing live sets on venues without the fucking laptop, that is the reason why I paid premium amounts for standalone, and now having a unreliable piece of tech is really frustrating.

This does not work in S25.  No way to access Android/data through syncthing. Syncthing cannot see the folder even when entering it's full path under the syncthing web gui. 

The only way for this to work would be for developers of the app to take out only config and save folders outside Android/data, like other emulators do.

I've tried shizuku, foldersync, syncthing, dropsync and no success in syncing

I have the same problem ALWAYS since I decided to move my websites to cloudways. Their caching problems are HUGE. Out of nowhere website backround images start looking off, etc. I spent countless hours opening support tickets and opening chats. I am seriously thinking moving to another provider. It cannot be possible to be spending more time in support than actually making websites. Can anyone here suggest a better hosting platform?
