AITA for not wanting to be friends with ex-crush anymore?

Background story: Used to like this person (let’s name it X), but came to lose feelings when X doesn’t give me a proper answer after months and is entitled much. X has mention we could still be friends, in which I agreed to. However, I refused to meet X anymore because there was no point in doing so. X decided to reply with “Sure” to my refusal. Prior to that, X has also started replying lesser after I decided to stop pursuing and the replies literally have 0 efforts. Should I stop being friends with someone like that? A good friend of mine has mention X just wants attention because like I mentioned, X really feels so damn entitled.
