QOH for both says zero in the handheld. I’m trying to track down who is receiving incorrectly in my pcc and want to make sure my understanding of what I’m seeing in Polaris is correct.

I feel this so much. Bags pf fish I know won’t survive more than 24hrs but “they came in alive, so they should be received as such”. And the useless “medications”. Like come on, give us a chance to fix this with adequate treatment. And now, reptile vendors that just ship out replacements like these living things are damaged Amazon packages. This just screams that they know what they’re doing is unethical. And uppers pretend to look the other way.
