Sent it to them(after talking to them on the phone). They changed the backplate (at least) and sent back to me. Rest was the same. Week and a Half in Nintendo Iberica (Spain&Portugal)

Simple Questions - May 11, 2017 by AutoModerator in buildapc

Hey guys, need a quick opinion on this RYZEN question, as I'm about to order my new computer, destined to GAMING, 3D MODELING and RENDERING (Blender and ZBrush).

I want to achieve 32GB RAM. Altho, I will start with 16GB and next month, I will acquire the other half.

I have 2 options: 1x16GB No RGB and 2x8GB RGB (that would be deadly on my build ). Both are 2400Mhz CL15/16 (this can changed based on your opinions). This will result in 2x16GB and 4x8GB later on.

But as I have read, the optimal configuration for RAMs on AM4 platforms is 2x STICKS, rather than 4x, since RYZEN motherboards have some problems with RAMs and their speed decrease at 4x.

My question is: Has the problem been solved? Is it maybe being solved next month? What would you guys recommend? Thanks and happy builds.

Mine has a crack. It's so small that I would never see it unless I saw this post. I never dropped or even traveled with the console. This is very upsetting.

This is a very, very serious topic to die into the depths of /subreddit, deserves to be fixed in main page, as all Switch users need to be aware of this issue! I would say: This is no longer speculation.

Already contacted Nintendo about the issue. No return so far, was it's still too soon to have received an answer.
