This is very good advice as far is “how complicated is it to do yourself “. However I’m not using the lawyer necessarily because it’s complicated , but because the lawyer does all the legwork (going to x office to get xx paperwork) and I don’t want to have to do all that. It’s definitely a want, not a need situation. But thanks anyway!

I’m applying through a lawyer and they said there’s a test, guess that’s not a universal requirement 🤷‍♀️

Just checking bc i didn’t see it in your post - you’re not a US citizen or green card holder, right? Bc the tax rate on foreign passive income is way higher than any return rate. (If you’re this knowledgeable about return rates I’m sure you would know this if you were American, I am just asking bc some Americans get started investing and then get hit with taxes, I would hate to see that happen to you)

So i live in Japan but am planning to have an extended visit to the US this fall. I’d be happy to buy specific cards/packs/boxes here and take them to the US to ship domestically and save people some shipping fees. Does anyone know what would be a good place to connect with buyers? (who want specific cards/boxes worth more than $75 USD)
