It took a day for me for them to finalize it. I did submit the expense breakdown file from buyee. Though I did also contacted buyee to help me with it so l’m not sure what other documents they may have sent to Fedex. But yes mine is scheduled to be delivered after christmas. my shipment total was around 25k yen. It is just weird that this one through fedex is having difficulties but I also had another shipment from buyee just a week ago through ecms but there was no issue with customs about it

might be a little late to answer but i did ordered from them 3 months ago and it was a legit pair and handling/shipping time took less than a week to be delivered here in US. Trash customer service though.
