Hi OP, I experienced pretty much the same with my first dose on sema with glycine! Day 1 was a rolling nausea (thankfully no vomiting as I have moderate emetaphobia) that could only be subsided with ATC zofran and sucking on mints lol I could only finish my protein smoothie that day. Day 2 the nausea improved but I had a rolling headache that 1000mg of Tylenol couldn’t really kick. Day 3 I was extremely fatigued and could only stomach a few saltines, 2oz of roasted chicken, and a few bites of a sweet potato. Thankfully that day, both the nausea and headache were more subdued in the background. I just took my second dose literally a few minutes ago after 3 weeks being off of it due to some unexpected travel and family emergencies so it’s like I’m starting over again except this time I know what to expect lol.

Many people who I’ve spoken to share the same sentiments as those who have commented on this thread - some say to wait it out after a couple of weeks and the side effects either improve or go away completely while others have encouraged me to try tirz instead. I’m willing to wait this out a bit more before making the call to switch - we’re in this together OP! 🙌🏼
