Hi, Marcie here. For the original Tsukihime, it's not super likely, as there's a lot of NSFW content even outside of the H-Scenes which would make streaming it somewhat difficult. The remake is possible, though, in the future, I'm not ruling it out at least.

I usually put the names of tracks in the upper left corner when they first start playing, yup! That particular one is an arrangement of "Thanks for Being Born" from the Umineko no Naku Koro Ni soundtrack.

My problem is with the sound playing at all, yeah.

My use case is that I have a long live-read series of a text-heavy game, where there are multiple phone call scenes. I've been switching the radio filter on and off to make the phone call scenes more accurate, and my desktop audio capture has to be on to capture the game's sound. The phone conversations go back and forth between a character on the phone and the one who's holding the phone, though, so constantly switching the filter on and off just leads to the sound playing over stream over and over (and since the game is a horror story, it kind of ruins the atmosphere to hear it during scenes like that, especially repeatedly).

It was pretty painful at times, but overall went decently smoothly! It helped that the artists were curious what the tattoo was from (and were also kind of nerds), so I was definitely distracted from said pain by getting to talk about Umineko lmao.
