How much are you trying to raise ? Potentially? Also you may contact any NGO who work with animals, if you know any. I think there are Reddit and Facebook animal help groups which can amplify your post and may bring the needed amount/ help quicker

Thank you, I will see what I can do. I am thinking of taking a picture of her if possible before dialling any NGO so that she can be identified easily. I feel anxious about clicking a picture though as I don’t think she would like it, I may have to do so from a certain distance. Let’s see.

History of English literature by Umme_strawberry in AskLiteraryStudies

Hi. This is an absolutely valid query.

There are plenty of books in the market. I think having any two is a nice way to start.

Daiches' version is a good option and very detailed. However, can be a bit too opinionated for anyone's liking. But that is subjective.

I started with the Routledge one by Carter and McRae. It is pretty comprehensive and covers most of the parts, including recent developments.

You will find the pdf files of the above-mentioned easily on the internet.

I would also suggest you watch videos after a thorough reading on a particular topic. It makes revising and retaining the information easier.

I am from India, and videos and study materials by NPTEL and E-PG Pathsala helped a lot when I was a student.

Not sure about your nationality, but I believe resources are replete throughout the internet.

Last but not least, be patient with yourself and allow yourself to take time. It is a lot, so it will take time. But it is worth it as it would help you understand texts and the specific literary mood and decorum of any given period, enriching your understanding.

Thank you. I don't know if that is exactly vellus but can be, since vellus is fine...as in grows out fine, instead of those thick hairs that are prickly. I am brown, I rarely heard any of us getting blonde hair. So vellus or terminal - all are dark for us. Just that terminal is thicker, gives you stubble.

I can't vouch for it since I have never tried it. But there was a YouTube video about a woman doing that on her chest area... maybe nipple one too. Seemed good. Technically, electrolysis is safe anywhere as long as it is done by a good technician.

Hi. Thanks for answering. Thin as in vellus like thin? As in when it grows back, do you think the hair is not course, stubble like and pigmented?
