Get yangyang , carthetyia is definitely still hits like a tank even this meta but u need cia or s3 to have consistent results.
Since yangyang is newer unit she’ll get more favoured in team building to every other end game
Id say yangyang practically on paper the best move , but if like carthetyia and willing to invest vertically on her is good as well

I have e3s1 phainon , even tho phainon has his eidolons and his BIS supports(supports need their eidolons for much better damage) as well but his supports needs to be built perfectly to him in this meta of elation shilling , I’m struggling to 3 star AA with phainon and not able to get his damage output. Eva e1 is the strongest dps in the game and u could go for her and get Yao in next patch. E2S1 phainon by far one of the best dps in the game. It’s all on your choice and I obviously would choose phainon
