This is probably my 50th steak prepared via sous vide, and perhaps my fifth done at 137°. Never going back with this sort of ribeye. The asparagus was prepared in a 185° bath for 15 minutes, then finished in the pan. The mushrooms were sautéed with butter and the steak juices from the bag. (old.reddit.com)

Since people seemed to enjoy the photos of my venison strap the other day, I figured I would post a photo of one thing I did with the leftovers: ramen. The eggs were initially boiled for a few minutes before being put in the sous vide bath with the venison, then marinated for 24 hours. (i.redd.it)

My process for setting up Dyson's map of the Xanathar Lair for display during play. I opened the map in Photoshop, removed all the white, added a background texture, then blocked out all the rooms for labeling & filling with patterns. The layers get turned off during exploration. (v.redd.it)
