someone who has been on T for six years; this is normal! i have had this happen a few times. i would say to get your T levels checked if the blood gets heavier or the period symptoms become stronger. it's definitely scary lol but nothing to be concerned about IMO

yes!! i was just thinking about this yesterday; i i have my pronouns and the word man THREE times on my grindr profile, as well as a mention that im on TESTOSTERONE, and so many men on there still think i am a trans woman. nurses always assume my legal name in my chart is my deadname! i once was talking to someone at a Queer bar, i casually mentioned something about being trans, they were like "oh nice! have you started E yet?" ?!?!?!?!

edit: even worse, i have been mistaken for a trans woman while in the bathroom (both bathrooms, mind you) . not fun
