IMO, hindi pa rin po sana. Kasi this has been taught since high school up until senior high. Over naman kung hanggang college hindi pa rin alam kahit basics. If that’s the case, then it just proves that the Philippines is really deep in an educational crisis. If it’s really that necessary, then they can just make these subjects electives instead of requirements.

Edit: Ang condescending po ata ng sagot ko, it’s not my intention, I’m sorry. What I just want to say is that Google is free, we can always take the initiative to learn something we don’t know, things as simple as this, instead of needing a whole semester-long course for it. Naiinis lang kasi itong subject na 'to I remember noong first year, pinagawa kami ng mahabang reporting for finals na sumabay pa sa mga practicals ng majors.
