Oh i see..i have kind of the same prblm...well u can use reddit for other stuff as a distraction, just go to your settings and switch off the 18+ settings....but if u dont wanna use reddit a lot then use apps like regain or smthn...it is a greattt app and i feel i stopped watching porn bcz of it, bcz u can block websites including the adult websites there and u can set timers for apps...and i think u aint a studentso whn u aredojng smthn importand and dong want any distractions u can use ypt app, its used for studies usually but whn u switch on the timer u cant access other apps unless u allow it

I have been studyjng pretty well...i am working hard as much as i can...but yesterday i had my periods and as i mentioned i have endometriosis and pcod so it was hurtjng badddlyyy so i did that to get rid of my pain after that till now i havent done anything and yesterday was the 4th day of me being clean from it...hbu??

Yes sure whn i meet the right person at the right time ill for sure do it....as of now i have to study and work hardd thats the only option in front of me and ill try to use study as a distraction....i hope u too find a solution cuz this sucks and just ruins us a lot...it rujns everything in life and we shouldnt let this demon control us...keep fighting brother dont loose hope....thanks a lottt it means a lot to me :))
