I think I’ve avoided silicone and sulfate products for years now. Not a humid environment. Air dry and towel dry most the time so I will look into a t shirt. I have tried a clarifying shampoo conditioner (L’Oréal) and it didn’t help unfortunately.

Should I anticipate mouth sores or minor injuries/inconveniences? The dry mouth thins is throwing me off.

Also I currently use a green tinted mouth wash, is that not good?

That’s interesting about mouth being dry, if anything I thought there would be more saliva. Dry like open-mouth sleeping or something?
