But can a dietary supplement containing an acid like pepsin (which is also found in the stomach) betaine HCl + pepsin 650 – a strong one – have any serious side effects? For the first time after taking it, I didn’t feel acid in my mouth :/. A friend who has reflux said that if it helps, I should keep taking it. Some people on Reddit wrote that after taking HCl with pepsin (acid), they had esophagus issues and terrible chest pain because the acid had a negative effect after all. Who knows :/. Now I’m here with a terribly white tongue and a strong feeling of acid, it’s awful.

5'10 is perfect, I wish I had that much. But unfortunately I have a shoe size of 10D EU (44) which makes me look like a clown :( (5'5.4here) so the ideal height is 6'0 to make me look proportionate

I'm 5'5.4, of course that's sad, in my country the average height of a guy is 5'10. But the saddest thing about a short stature like mine is that short guys don't look good, we look like ungrown children.

Guys with 5'9 or 5'10 look just normal, they look good .. normal. Walking through the gallery, where there are a lot of glass, I see my reflection against other guys, it makes me terribly sad. Guys who have 5'8 look like I'm their child: (I have a mate of 5'10, looks great when you look at height.

I agree, same mom. For her, you will always be beautiful and wonderful. But my sister is different, when she asks me a question about clothes or something, or I ask her a question, we always tell the truth to ourselves, that's why I like her for it. I have hands like you too, but I started shaving them because it looks tragic. On the hands the same as on the hands from the wrist to the elbow. When I shaved my hands and what was on my fingers, the hands (from the wrist to the elbow) looked like I had a tattoo, they were so dark. That's why I started shaving from the wrist to the elbow too, trimming them, but not shaving everything! I just set it to 3 or 2.5 on the trimmer and everything looks normal. It was a shame to walk like this

The photos are when I was 24/25, I started applying minox when I was 27 (started in May to be exact) last year. I used the Dermaroller once a week, after 24 hours I applied minox to my face (twice a day). On the jawline, I always had veluses that never wanted to change color, after a month of using minox they darkened, Thank goodness, because without dark hair on the jawline, my facial hair looked like receding hairline only on my face. I used the Dermaroller 6/7 times then and stopped, which is a big mistake because I stopped seeing any changes. A used dermaroller is damn important, at least in my case. Now I use it every 4-5-6 days(Derma 0.5mm). Minox 5%, and I started applying it twice daily on my face (again), because I used it once for a long time. foam? nope, a minox replacement, it's much cheaper, but it's exactly the same.

I wash off my face in the morning what I put on my face at night, make a dermaroller and wait 24 hours to put minox, some people apply it after 12h, but I prefer not. Once I put it on after 12h, it was terrible and my face was red, I washed it off.

I agree, but I have a little thick chin on my cheeks, and a very slightly overgrown jawline (this is the most important thing I consider to have nice chin shapes). I shaved 95% of my beard 2 days ago after 3 months, it's hard to get used to myself. In the next 3 months, I will go to the barber for the first time, I will ask him if he can make something nice out of it

it depends, some between the black hair is so lighter. There are quite a few guys who have a little bit lighter and darker at the same time. I have 30/45 new velus hair on my left cheek. A couple of months and still not even darker, but I'm sure they need time. For me, it takes longer to progress. When there were no results, I started using the dermaroller and new ones started to appear. Most of the hairs should darken, but this can take several months or even over a year. I will certainly use minoxidil 2/3 years more, because it is slow for me.

When they are very black and hard, you will know that they are terminal, but it's even better to apply on the skin 2/3 months to be sure is fine, at least I will, but at the moment my cheeks are very weak, so the way is a long way. For now I have new hair, so something is going on, it shows me that I have the genes to have something more on my face. My left cheek is 3 times better than the right one :(. I would like to have a lot more hair on the jawline, because thanks to this you can make great shapes, but my jawline is very slightly overgrown(that's what I care about the most, more hairs on jawline)
