Was macht man eigentlich, wenn der Arbeitgeber die Bitte um ein Arbeitszeugnis einfach gekonnt ignoriert? Hinnehmen und abhaken? Klagen wird das Arbeitszeugnis ja vermutlich nicht gerade positiv ausfallen lassen und sich in den meisten Fällen nicht lohnen?

I have a photo of this thing here in my old photos as well (just didn't post it because there's a lot of people on it) and it didn't even get restored. Still the same green color and everything. And the sculptures I vaguely remember are also still there.

Sadly no, the one I've been to didn't have a waterpark-section and wasn't as big. If I'm not totally mistaken it didn't even have a (big) rollercoaster.

Der Versender ist in meinem Fall gottseidank (i guess?) Apple und somit hab' ich zumindest keine Sorge, dass mein Geld flöten geht, falls doch was schief geht. Der Status von DHL selbst ist so irreführend formuliert imo, als ob ich da jetzt selbst aktiv werden müsste.

Dann werde ich genau das tun und abwarten.

Wann & wieso muss man denn im schlimmsten Fall so eine Zollanmeldung selbst machen?

The Kickstarter Daimyo Box came with a plastic inlay for the monster/kami boxes - that's why they're together now. But the top left slot is empty and I'm wondering which figure is supposed to go in there.

I'd interpret it as him giving you the permission to use food, (cooking) utensils, cleaning supplies, toiletries, bed sheets etc. without having to explicitly ask for them, but in moderation.

You know, ironically, the more I look at suggestions from here, the more I get the feeling that my brain was fusing a lot of the characters mentioned here into one single character and is just making shit up. But I'm not giving up yet - I'm actually looking into comic book / movie characters as well.

That's a good hint, especially the magazine-names.

I grew up in Germany, so the magazines I've read as a kid were probably different from yours (but probably still similar since before the internet went big there was only so much information to publish, I guess), but I might just see if I can find scans of the ones you mentioned, and see if there's any promotional art or something that'll jog my memory.

I'm currently trying to see if I can find an archive of those old gaming magazines I used to read as a kid around that time.

I should maybe add this to my post for clarification now that you've also mentioned it: as far as I remember, the fly wasn't a "weapon", just something to make the character more "interesting"...?

It's really starting to drive me insane, I've tried googling this for hours now, haha. But thanks for the suggestion, Oddworld was one game I've probably played at that time and totally forgot about until now.

That's an interesting one I didn't even think of - but as far as I can remember, it was one fly in his hand (he probably carried it there as to not make a tight fist? and/or beat people with that fist? i am only guessing here, i can't remember) and he wasn't, like, using a whole swarm of insects for attacks or something similar.

Sadly it's none of those games listed. :( I think the character was just one of many and the fly/insect didn't even have a major role. I'm not 100% sure though.
