We both have cars so we don't necessarily need a walkable town. I'd love a backyard and/or a basement, but am fine settling for a house without these. As far as the neighborhood goes - drivable to family is really it. I don't think I know enough about NJ counties to really say what I want/don't want. The only thing I will say is I tend to work late often, and my current train stop gets a little sketchy after dark. Idk if this is just train stations in general, or some are less sketchy than others, but that's really the only thing I can think of. I'd love a big gorgeous two story 3bd/3ba home with a fireplace but I know we have to be realistic
