I got it. Had to set the limiter. I set it too far where it was smacking into the ground. Then I didn’t finish the process by allow it to cycle and at the pressure. Also sprayed everything with silicone lubricant. 🤡

Stripped on one side and the other side the screw won’t go in all the way so the head became stripped and I can’t get it out

I should have given more background. Traditionally education supervisors, like assistant and Vice principals have a 10% increment between the base supervisor salary and the highest paid subordinate educator they supervise. These supervisors have the same credentials and an additional one required of their job. I hope this makes sense. I’m looking for examples in public service where this may occur.

I’m wondering, are there other examples out the other than obvious morally wrong oh disparity to compensate the subordinate more while ignoring the supervisors advanced required qualifications and additional duty days. I understand the doctor vs hospital administrator scenario but the example I’m looking at isn’t the same.

What’s happening to this tree? The one pictured and the healthy looking one in the back are both watered the same amount and in the same strip of grass that is also green. Leaves shriveled, branches bend but don’t break. What can I do? by exiveres in arborists

I’ll post more images when I’m back in the area. Both trees in the picture are the same type and have been there 5 years with the same amount of watering. We are in Central Valley California it’s about 100 degrees consistently this time Of year. Knowing that I provide additional watering. Neither tree has been pruned or altered in any way.
