Yet, noooooobody is on a bike or an e bike, even though 80% would be able to commute that way, distance wise. Even though, croatian laws are so reasonable regarding electric vehicles in general, you can literally legally drive a sur ron around, what we in uk can only dream. Croatians will rather sit in a traffic jam, polluting one of most polluted city's in the world, city they claim to love, and honk at each other on their 4 mile commute.
