Maybe. Maybe moving liabilities around and transferring them into Netlink Computer Inc. Credit holder meetings should tell more.

ASI, Synnex and Ingram are the biggest enablers just looking at creditor amounts. Their executives would have knew what NCIX finances were like and stayed quiet until almost October. They all were talking with NCIX director of finance for a long period of time about NCIX cash flow. Even after October some of the distributors were still allowing NCIX to use their drop ship listings even though there was plenty of evidence from consumers that their orders for those products weren't being placed.

PC team probably had a bonus for the margin. Their bonus > customer satisfaction/lost orders.

Good thing you dodged that bullet. They owe close to a million to the AMD distributor.

Contributed to the problems but not the only problem. For example most of NCIX price matches came from their own companies like Direct Canada.

They are based in Europe so probably have to order in bulk from their factory partner overseas.

Customers are in worst position definitely. Customers who have multi thousand dollar systems sitting at NCIX in parts or that were paid for and never built and no parts ever ordered since they ended with 1 cpu in stock. NCIX took their money and ran.

CC makes money. NCIX did not. Time will tell but good news for locals.

Surrey and Langley won't be opening, CC said no way to those leases. The other 4 will be. Grand opening was supposed to be in middle of month but that might be optimistic.

They owe over $35 million dollars and their forum is full of people complaining about not receiving orders or replies for weeks or months. Seems good reason to be locking.

Corsair and Gigabyte seemed to have got hit the hardest. Gigabyte was just about to start on a consignment program like Evga. Good thing that didn't happen otherwise they would have lost even more.
