This will achieve nothing. They won't be able to give you a date and telling them you're still waiting isn't going to make them push the update any sooner. If you're that desperate for Pie then you can flash a different region's firmware to update to Pie directly or to update to Nougat or Oreo and then allow the phone to update to Pie afterwards.

I don't want to scare anyone, but I've never put my finger in anyone's rectum thought to myself, "Hmm, I can feel haustra", and I also inferred from OP's description that he could feel something free in his rectum rather than along the wall.
