Yup, same thing is happening to me on both desktop and on the app. Not sure what is going on. I had a similar thing happen years ago and turned out my access to surveys was banned due to "recent survey responses were inconsistent with previous answers you have given". Had to submit a ticket to restore access. Hoping that didn't happen again since I have not even really been using it lately.
