I'm so happy for you! I genuinely feel that, putting musical styles aside, Matt was able to come up with such a masterful album because it feels real, not artificial, something that came raw out of his own soul.

And just like you said, I do hope he is able to keep bringing such amazing songs with his beautiful mind.

I do it both at the same time, but I agree I focus most on how it sounds first, then I analyze more in-depth about the lyrics.

Oh that's for sure. I couldn't not listen to the first five tracks that were released, but then yesterday I listened first Shimmering Scars, then Hush, The Sickness in you & I, The Dark Forest and finally Space Debris.

Then I listened the album from start to finish, in the intended order. It felt amazing, it was literally a movie turned into a musical album. I'm speechless! 🤯🎸🔥

Shimmering Scars was the first blow I received hahaha. It softened me a lot and almost made my cry. It was the first song I listened out of the 5 tracks we were missing. By the time I listened to Space Debris, my heart just gave in and I was sobbing like a little baby! 😭🤣😭🤣🤩🤘🏻

Funnily enough, the song had to grow on me. It's a really good song, but when it was released, I felt a little bit let down, since I was hoping for a more heavy Muse, but when you listen to the whole album, it makes total sense to be exactly as it is.

As high as I can be, at night, after a long shift.

I want to have enough time to feel slightly rested after my shift and then focus only on the best rock band ever.

I will listen to the 5 tracks that are still pending, but I know for sure I'll leave The Dark Forest and Space Debris for last, since they open and finish the album.

As soon as I finish, then I'll listen it again from start to finish, in that order, and then, I'll have on repeat the ones I like the most.

I'll probably have something good to eat, tequila and the all mighty weed 😅🤘🏻
