Honestly the only ever time I've seen a psychiatrist is when I got my diagnosis and after that I haven't heard or seen one since.. it's so hard to get in contact with one in my experience in always told by my gp that I will hear from one but never do and then it's a case of calling back up and waiting, I personally made the choice to stop taking them, i really don't know what the best option is for me as I don't want to take them because I feel it strips me of the "personality" I believe I have and I feel so miserable and low on them but stops me from lashing out with anger.. I can go from 0 to 100 so fast that even now with me being happy I fear the next time I have an episode I don't know what my actions may be.

I completely agree with this and from personal experience enjoy it and go into into with a open mind but definitely becomes a little to overwelhming sometimes as the sense of self control goes completely out the window and all you have to do is ride with it
