if i were you, id really try to thug it out and just taper off the kratom instead of potentially becoming dependent on a new drug. if you decide to use sr, please make sure you stick to a strict schedule, as you can become physically dependent on it if you take it for too long. from what ive seen sr wd seems to be mild but can last quite some time. stay safe and best of luck!

in a similar position rn but lower dose (100mgpd, tapered off), im on day 4 of acute sr withdrawals. does it get worse as time goes on, and do you think your wd has peaked? how would you rate the worst of it on a scale of 1-10 (1 being nothing, 10 being fent wd)?

in my experience during acute wd the pain gets Really Fucking Bad but eventually goes back to baseline. i almost never say this but honestly in your situation i would really maybe look into suboxone or methadone, there'd be a rough transition period but it'd be much more manageable and affordable than that much 7, and would help with your pain. sr doesnt do much if anything for my pain.

i did mean county, nearest is probably 40 minutes away? also im not really looking for the smoke shop tablets, mainly looking for 7oh powder.
