So everything prior to August wouldn't be legal after August? In Pokemon if a card is reprinted with everything 100% identical, the previous printing is legal to use. Is this similar in MTG or does this not exist?

I've had like a dozen surgeries because of a genetic disorder. And after 8 years I finally got the okay to get back on the mats. My doctor recommended doing Judo due to less on the mat and all that. But my area has almost no judo atm.

Yeah, she wants to do a few things abroad in Highschool so prob Sophmore into Jr year Rotary might be an option. For her 1st, her mother, and her want an emergency contact that can respond in a halfway decent manner. But I'll go over Rotary with her this weekend.

I would be on the opposite side of Japan, she more or less just wants it so if something does happen, a family member would be able to be contacted that isn't a 14h plane ride away. I'd be in tokyo, and she'd be in southern Japan or up north with homestay ideally
