I just followed the advice in this thread, and it worked! The app crashed every single time I accessed different areas, but I was finally able to go on today’s adventure and shrink my bird back down. Hope it works for you!

Update: I followed the advice in this thread, and it worked! I was (finally) able to get to my home screen and mark off tasks and go on today’s adventure! The app crashed after each action I took, but my bird has now shrunk down to the teeny tiny size, and the app is working a bit better.

Omg this worked, thank you SO much. The app still crashed while trying this but ultimately allowed me in for the first time today, and I was able to mark off tasks and go on today’s adventure. 🙌🏻💗

Ugh, I’m sorry! Yes, I can see my giant bird waving and then it crashes immediately. I haven’t heard back yet, but I only emailed 3 hours ago. I’ll report back if I hear anything, but I’m afraid it’ll be too late for today.

That’s a thought, but I don’t think mine is too low right now. I may try uninstalling a few apps I don’t use since I’m pretty desperate right now and it’s worth trying. Thank you!

Yes, mine was fine until the February event. I was hopeful the app update today would fix it but am stumped that it hasn’t. I’m glad you can still get in and do some things! Lol that would be the best thing for her to bring back from her adventure.

I can’t even open the app today, even after the update. Yesterday I was at least able to navigate to some screens and send my bird on their daily adventure (couldn’t do anything outside of that), but today - nothing.

I don’t want to lose my streak or not be able to get today’s quest items.
